The villa is in the Southern Dunes Gated Golf Community, which is approximately 8 miles South of inter-state 4 on Highway 27. It is only twenty-five minutes away from the Disney complex and approximately Forty Minutes from Orlando International Airport. Sanford Airport is further North on 1-4. The Wal-Mart superstore is within walking distance of the villa and located just outside the main community gates. Other large shops and restaurants, including Fast food outlets are within easy reach of the main gate. There is also the Posner Park Retail Park at exit 55.
