Alongside the junction of highway US27 with Interstate 4 is the Posner Park shopping complex. This has a conveniently located Target supermarket, as well as a JC Penney, Ross Marshalls and other retailers. The nearest Publix supermarkets are south of the Interstate 4 junction on US27 and in Haines City, which is where you will also find the nearest Walmart supermarket. Bordering this section of US27 and the Posner Park complex are a number of restaurants including Denny’s, Bob Evans, Five Guys, Burger King, McDonalds, the Davenport Ale House and other diners. Head to Haines City for more well-known chain restaurants, plus Sonny’s BBQ and Manny’s Original Chophouse. The Davenport area is set south of the Orlando attractions, but benefits from purpose built, newer developments in conservation areas.
